I am primarily interested in classical German philosophy, with a focus on Kant and Hegel. My research interests within this tradition include theoretical and practical matters, and I tend to concentrate on where such matters systematically overlap and intersect. I additionally work on critical theory, phenomenology, and various other topics in 19th- and 20th-century philosophy.
Before joining Northwestern, I received a B.A. in History and Philosophy from McGill University and an M.A. in Philosophy from Concordia University.
